Terms and Policies
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchanges and returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise, with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. When Sierra Brooke has received your return, we will issue a full refund, minus shipping and restocking fee. A $3.00 restocking fee per item will be charged when processing a return. Please ensure the items sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as Sierra Brooke is not responsible for any returned packages not received. Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping charges on their exchange. Final sale: No return or exchanges on Sale Items, and Accessories. The terms and policies above apply to all items except for dresses. Our dress exchange policy is explained below.

Dress Policy
No returns, size exchange only on same dress/dresses purchased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any unworn, unwashed, or unspoiled merchandise it may be exchanged within 7 days of the ship date of your order. All item(s), MUST have its original tag and bag to exchange, or an exchange will not be extended. Exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you upon receipt of the returned package. Please ensure the items sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as Sierra Brooke is not responsible for any package not received. Please allow 7-14 days to have the exchange processed. Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping charges on their exchange. Final sale: No exchanges on Sale Items, and Accessories.

Shipping
All orders will be sent USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for arrival of shipment. However, most of the time you will receive your items before then.
