If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchanges and returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise, with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. When Sierra Brooke has received your return, we will issue a full refund, minus shipping. Please ensure the items sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as Sierra Brooke is not responsible for any returned packages not received. A $1.00 restocking fee per item will be charged when processing a return. Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping charges on their exchange. No Return on Sale Items,and Accessories.

Dress Policy

No returns, exchange only. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any unworn, unwashed, or unspoiled merchandise it may be exchanged within 7 days of the ship date of your order. All item(s), MUST have its original tag and bag to exchange, or an exchange will not be extended. Exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you upon receipt of the returned package. Please note, some dresses are marked final sale and can not be exchanged or returned. Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping charges on their exchange.

Shipping

All orders will be sent USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 7-14 days for arrival of shipment. However, most of our items are in house and will ship within 3 business days of ordering (we do not ship Sundays or holidays). Handbags, purses, and wallets are handmade when ordered and will take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
